All products have a detailed description. Please read fully before purchasing and use the contact us section with any questions. No refunds for change of mind purchases or incorrect purchasing.

In saying that, SL would love you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied SL wants to help sort that for you. Email sweetlyla@bigpond.com with your order details and as much information as possible and SL be able to assist.

Due to health reasons we have no returns on earrings. Please choose your earrings carefully.

Is it within 30 days of purchase date? Your query must be received within 30 days of your purchase date to be valid.

If for some reason you need to return your purchase all products must be in original packaging, not used and returned at the buyers expense, unless the item is faulty then SL will arrange replacement.

SL strive for excellence in quality and affordability. If we encounter a faulty product SL will happily replace upon inspection of the product or sighting photographs. Or the other option of a product refund. This is at the discretion of SL.

SL Luxe Collection are trialed and tested by real people to be sure they are safe for you to swim, gym and shower. However, keep in mind everybody has different ph levels and oils can affect the gold plating, in this case it’s not our responsibility to refund or exchange. Keeping your jewellery away from lotions, sprays and perfumes will prolong the jewellery lifespan as these can damage the gold plating coating over time.
